Cloud PMO Business Analyst - Oracle (Puerto Rico)
Assists with analyzing complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
As part of a software project implementation team, provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user needs. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business specifications. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
Job duties are varied and complex; independent judgment needed. May have project lead role. Prefer 5 years relevant experience and BA/BS degree.

*Role:*
Theprimary role of the Program Management Office (PMO) Business Analyst is toapply a set of specialist supporting activities for the consumption of ProjectManagement teams. This will includeapplication of practical management controls that support improvedproject/organizational performance. The PMO Specialist may apply support in anyone of the catalogue of specialist areas.
This position reports directly to the PMO Manager in the F&BGlobal Business Unit Cloud PMO.
*KeyAccountabilities:*
* Provides the day-to-day levelsupport to program and project teams within the specified discipline
* Provides expert level advice andguidance within the specific discipline to the project or program team and peerlevel contacts within the customer organization
* Attends and contributes to regularmeetings with other specialist areas such as subject champions and bringsunique, expert level knowledge to their assignment
* Produces and owns anydocumentation pertinent to the relevant specialist discipline in support of theprogram or project deliverables
* Controls and brings to resolutionany potential problems within the specific discipline area and escalates issuesto the appropriate project or program team members
* Actively supports the Program orProject to comply with associated policy and procedure documentation
* Governance- Follow oracle best practice and templates. Provide implementation support and ensure continued integrity, alignmentand continuous service improvement.
*Qualifications:*
* Exposure to Project Management and/or Coordinationexperience in the area of small-scale projects, or in supporting ProjectManagers in the delivery of larger more complex development projects is helpful;
* 2-3 year experience as a projectcoordinator/specialist in an similarindustry a plus
* Strong verbal and written communication skills tohelp you coordinate with both coworkers
* Prioritization skills to give you the confidence todivide tasks between you and the other members of your implementation team
