Sales Representative - Stryker (Puerto Rico)
Roles & Responsibilities:
**Sales Management:**
To carry out activities to generate and increase the demand with potential C-suite management, Biomedical Engineer, Nurse Dept., OR Directors, Purchasing Directors, Healthcare Practitioners (HCP’s), Key physicians and OR personnel at assigned territory. Prepare a Customer segmentation to identify potential Stakeholders personnel to visit at assigned territory. Develop annual clinical education program to potential institution stakeholders To act as expert and benchmark of the product for the OR Directors and HCP, Nurse & Purchasing depatments To attend to OR to demonstrate and teach products and strengthen relationships with KOL physicians and HCPs and discovers new business opportunnities. To develop through the CRM and all other tools foreseen by the company, the appropriate measurement of the market size, thus ensuring the growth of business. To focus the commercial management towards products of market value segment or appropriate portfolio, previously agreed upon by the Sales Manager. Implement Phase in -Phase out process of products from sales perspective with institutions, KOL and HCPs Dictate OR Specialist support needed with order generation activities on assigned territory.
**Channel Management:**
To develop a stable and clear relationship with C-suite management, Biomedical Engineer, Nurse Dept., OR Directors and personnel, Purchasing Directors, Healthcare Practitioners (HCP’s), Key physicians. To carry out minimun of twice a month product demonstrations projects with institution stakeholders which shall be duly documented To plan and coordinate with institution stakeholders education in line with the Stryker planned strategy
**Compliance:**
To ensure reading and understanding of the policies concerned to commercial management To comply with all policies of the Company
**Quality and Regulatory:**
To report in writing, claims and complaings received by the customers per product or per service To serve and manage in a timely mannerr all the requirements from the quality and regulatory areas
**Administrative**
To plan the work, on a weekly basis through the CRM and according to the guidelines of the Company To make a sales planning on a monthly basis To generate on a timely fashion all the reports required by the sales management To make the trip expense report no later than 10 days To plan vacations in a timely manner To use the work tools according to the policires and guidelines of the company Approve all Strykers Trainings with 85% or above.
**Occupational health**
To procure integral health care To provide clear, true and complete information on his/her health condition To comply with the rules, regulations and instructions provided by the health and safety management while working in the company To report in a timely fashion to Stryker existing dangers and risks at the work site To participate win training activitires of the Health and safety management system at work (SGSST) To participate and contribute to the compliance of the health and safety management system (SGSST)
**Education, Training and Certificates specific to the position:**
Highly- Related physicians related to OR as but not limited to General, Orthopedic, Oncology, Colon- rectal, Urology surgeons and OR supervisors.
Have strong project management skills
Knowledge in sales techniques.
Knowledge in the health system of the country or region in charge
Knowledge in sales of Operating room / healthcare industry
Expertise in office (Excel, power point, and word)
High English level
**Experience:**
Minimum 3 years of experience in promotion and/or sales in the operating room / healthcare industry industry
