ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Digital e-Commerce Manager will report to the General Manager, Puerto Rico and Caribbean and will be the strategic architect of Pfizer Consumer Healthcare (PCH) Puerto Rico and Caribbean Ecommerce platform. Build in roads for PCH within existing channels and development of new channels. This role will be responsible for identifying, developing, managing, and optimizing digital capabilities on behalf of PCH's brands and businesses. He/she will be an Omni-channel thought leader with responsibility for all aspects of Ecommerce execution, lead in development of the Pfizer Consumer Healthcare digital strategy and will work collaboratively with the global and regional ecommerce and marketing teams. He/she will collaborate cross functionally to maximize the company's financial performance, drive brand and channel expansion, and accelerate Ecommerce first brands and initiatives. As a direct report into the General Manager, Puerto Rico - Caribbean and a key member of the PCH leadership team, the Digital Ecommerce Manager will have the responsibility to develop a best in class e-Commerce business across existing and new channels including D2C and eGrocery. The colleague will work with the regional and global ecommerce functions to develop Ecommerce strategies and plans fit to the local consumer behavior.
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Candidate should have 2 to 3 years' experience as a leader of an online channel and must have knowledge of Ecommerce best practices and processes.
+ Strong IT knowledge to leverage local and regional IT synergies in the development of our Ecommerce platform.
+ Demonstrated ability to define and track emerging trends combined with the capacity to provide insights with limited information sources. Solid understanding of duality of our culture and deduct local insights from diverse data.
+ • Understanding of Ecommerce technology, search engine optimization, data analytics, CRM, loyalty programs, social media engagement and next generation Ecommerce solutions and platforms and how to integrate Ecommerce into the overall PCH digital strategy.
+ A collaborative and inclusive leader with the ability to communicate and relate both up and down the corporate organization. Strong ability to develop proactive relationships and to partner with other executives in the organization to improve sales, business practices and the creation of new on-line solutions.
+ The Digital e-Commerce Manager should be entrepreneurial, forward thinking with a strong business acumen.
+ Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, oral and written and powerful presentation skills and the stature to inspire confidence and credibility with the PCH NA Regional leadership team.
+ Excellent networking skills to advance local knowledge of the e-Commerce ecosystem via internal and external resources.
+ Ability to persuade and influence others, collaborative, accountable for results, impeccable record of delivering on commitments.
+ Experienced with digital marketing channels and nuisances of each including SEM/SEO, social media, influencer marketing, display, eCRM, video, mobile, ecommerce, etc
+ Superior change management skills and reputation for building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams that achieve their goals.
+ Known for high degree of honesty, loyalty, and integrity and for adhering to high ethical standards while leading by example.
+ A champion on new initiatives with an ability to successfully work across different groups.
+ Digital media buying and ecommerce experience preferred
