Work with Oracle*s world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle*s global infrastructure.
As a member of the IT organization, assist with the analyze of existing complex programs and formulate logic for new complex internal systems. Prepare flowcharting, perform coding, and test/debug programs. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.

Oracle Exadata DBA to join Site Application Engineering team inOracle's cloud organization. A great fit could be you - someone with a strongDBA skillset, including Exadata (performance tuning, upgrading, patching, etc.)with a "can do" attitude. Someone to create automation solutions.This is a Cloud Ops role, so availability is important for on-call rotationsand maintenance.

BS in computer or equivalent and 5 years of relevantexperience
Production experience with Oracle database 11g,12c technologieslike RAC,ASM,RMAN and data guard.
Participate 24x7 on call tier 3 support on a weeklyrotating schedule
Should be able to handle EM alerts.
Adhere to defined operation process and offer improvementsas necessary.
Contribute to process and troubleshooting documentation.
Setup real-time application monitors, dashboards and alerts
Perform database upgrades and patching activities.
Should be familiar with Exadata and Bundle patches apply
Hands on with Enterprise manager cloud control.
Periodically perform backup/recovery to validate thebackup/recover procedures
Strong working knowledge of dataguard.
Familiarity with systems, networks and storage.
Should be able to support virtualized environment
