Core Job Responsibilities
Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and Procedures.
Perform administrative tasks and functional responsibilities specific to HR C including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, responding to inquiries etc.
Maintain employee records and other confidential records relating to HR activities. Set up and maintain file systems and records to support the function. Comply with Corporate Retention Policy.
Track various HR-related data including but not limited to new hires, employee separations, leave of absences, etc. Created and maintain spreadsheets and databases; Generate various reports and information via software applications or systems. Investigate and analyze information, solve problems and resolve moderately complex issues using facts, written policies, procedures or specifications.
Responsible for HR-related communications via bulletin boards, e-mails, closed-circuit television, etc. to site and field employees.
Manage service and award program administration including but not limited to processing, tracking and ensuring compliance with program guidelines, creating marketing materials to promote programs, increasing participation, scheduling conference rooms and calendar management.
Follow all EHS rules and procedures for your department, Report any EHS incidents and/or Near Misses (unsafe acts and conditions) promptly to supervision. Attend all required training. Forward any opportunities to improve the EHS program to supervision.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality System.
