- Documentation of raw material usage, sample analysis and product disposition.
- Keep control of the operational documentation forms and records and assure that Quality Department receives the data,
batch records and raw materials usage on time.
- Follow the cleaning procedure for the different equipment using cleaning agents.
- Follow the plant safety program including the Emergency Response Brigade.
- Assist the Production Supervisor on different tasks, including new operator's training, housekeeping, Lean Manufacturing
and 6S activities.
- Responsible for reporting machinery and equipment that is not working properly.
- Technical responsibility when diagnosing problems and selecting a solution.
- Willing to operational cross training and execution in different areas.
- Adherence to plant safety, environmental and GMP regulations
Education
-- Associate degree or equivalent university credits in chemistry or other science field or equivalent experience
Experience
--Four (4) years or more experience in pharmaceutical/chemical industry only required when a degree or equivalent in university credits is not obtained
Skills
Comp rehensive knowledge of cGMP, FDA and EHSS regulations.
Basic skills reading in English
