May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Reportingto the Consulting Delivery Manager, the successful candidate will be responsiblefor all technical aspects of the Oracle Business Analytics applications likeOBIEE and implementations, including Oracle ETL products such as Oracle DataIntegrator (ODI) and database tools like Oracle Golden Gate (OGG), ensuring thesolutions proposed function technically. Having the knowledge of Oracle Utilities Analytics (OUA) architectureand/or Oracle Middleware technologies would be a plus. The BI Architectdevelops the analytics architecture for the systems and is responsible for implementingthe required analytics, reports and dashboards of the involved applications.
Essential Job Functions:
* Design and develop analytics solutions involving both Oracle and non-Oracle applications.
* Install and configure Oracle Analytics products such as OBIEE, ODI and data base products. Should be able to do install and configure on a single node and HA architecture.
* Technical Liaison with Client, Project Management and Oracle Utilities Product Group.
* Work with client s business teams to capture requirements and build integration solutions accordingly.
* Be an onsite technical lead and co-ordinate with offshore team to accomplish activities when needed.
* Identify potential risk and problem areas and develop procedures that provide effective workarounds to the problem at hand.
* Develop detailed specifications including; enterprise integration diagrams or blueprints, application configuration and requirements.
* Train other oracle resources and guide them as per project needs.
* Produce Integration and Technical Architecture Documents to include Conceptual Technical Models, Platform, Performance, Security, Operational Requirements, and Reporting Requirements. Disaster Recovery architecture for BI components, Integration testing and Performance Testing Approaches.
* Serves as advisory-level pre-sales support and post-sales technical support specialist when needed.
* Works with peers and a matrix of other team members in the business unit to improve products and services delivery and to expand the capabilities of services provided to Oracle customers.
*Qualifications*
The ideal candidate will be a skilled technical consultantwith experience on multiple Oracle Utilities projects along with demonstrablemanagement experience.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience in large-scale IT implementations involving Oracle BI software components.
* Strong Unix skills and experience with UNIX operating systems like RH Linux, Oracle Linux etc.
* Hands on experience with Oracle Middleware technologies in 11g/12C version.
* Deep understanding and hands on experience with OBIEE and ODI technologies.
* Knowledge of Oracle Utilities Analytics is desired.
* Knowledge/Hands on experience with Oracle Middleware technologies like Oracle SOA, BPEL and OSB is a plus.
* Hands on experience working with Oracle Weblogic server. Strong Application servers experience in installation, configuration and performance tuning.
* Possess excellent analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
* Experience working with big 4 consulting firms is a plus.
* Knowledge with Oracle Utilities applications like CC&B, MWM, and MDM etc. is a big plus.
* Demonstrate operational administration skills in Oracle Database products(11g and 12c)
* Have high levels of organisation, determination and focus.
* Possess Good verbal/written skills in English.
* Ability to travel for 100% of assignments to any destination is akey requirement of the role.
