**Job Description**
Limpieza de las facilidades
Realizar mantenimiento y reparaciones
Conocimiento en áreas verdes, plomerÃa, electricidad, construcción en cemento, madera, etc.
Experiencia en pintura y relleno de grietas (en paredes y aceras, etc.)
Poder identificar e informar la necesidad de reparaciones mayores.
Conocimiento y experiencia con herramientas.
Buenas destrezas de comunicación
Bien organizado y apto para trabajar bajo presión
Atención a los detalles
**Requirements**
Cuarto año de escuela superior completado.
1 a 3 años de experiencia previa.
Disponibilidad a cualquier turno y fines de semana.
