Manages the execution of Moderate to highly complex Projects through its Life Cycle including, but not limited to, Capacity Increase of existing Equipment/Process, Transfer of Mature Product/Processes and others.

* Equipment Transfer (PT)
* Processing Set up
* Training for Product Transfer
* Project Detailed Plant & Logistics- New lines
* Equipment Installation for New Lines
* Processing Set up for New Lines
* Project and Product Definition for New Product
* Designing Review A for New Product
* Product Design for New Product
* Equipment & Process Design for New Product
* Generating Quality Plan
* Designing Validation for New Product
* Process & Equipment Qualification
* Developing new business opportunities to optimize capacity utilization
* Analyzing new business opportunities scenarios
* Designing innovative alternatives with profit center approach
* Technology Benchmarking
* Trends Analysis for New Technology

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
/ KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES /

* Specific requirements to be determined by specific area (Controls & Automation, Molding, etc)
* CGMP (QSR) knowledge, validation experience, design control knowledge and SOPs development
* Bilingual (English/Spanish)
* Computer literate
* Willing to travel
/ WORK ENVIRONMENT /
* Generally, works in a closed environment, in office conditions, with moderate level of noise and controllable changes of temperature
* Needs to stand, walk and may be seated for a long period of time
* Uses hands to feel, finger or handle and reach
* Performs light physical effort with little exposure to adverse conditions
* Could be required to travel
* Works with a personal computer and programs to prepare documents or reports
* Applies communication skills (advance reading, writing, and technical skills) and mathematical concepts knowledge to perform work and coordinate with others
* Needs to have high analytical capacity and level of professionalism and judgement to resolve problems
* Incumbent could work near moving mechanical parts
/ EDUCATION /
* Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineer or related area
/ EXPERIENCE /
* 3- 5 years of experience in a medical devices/ pharmaceutical industry
* EIT license highly desirable and CIAPR member
